I knew it was a scam but I wanted to call back to tell them to STOP calling my phone. The robotic message was about claiming a refund.... I asked for name, number and organization so I can call them back. They gave me this number... saying I have a refund for a Dell computer - I own an apple.

The person called from 916-352-8052 and said that the company he represents can not provide me with the computer service I bought from them few months ago for $239.99 and offered to issue a the full refund. To process the refund he asked me to call 802-459-1976. I never bought the type of service the caller was talking about and I knew immediately it was a scam. I asked the caller to stop calling me or others to benefit through this scam. He immediately hung up.
