They offered me a $2000 loan if they send me $200 and then i send it back. When i asked for an American speaking person they hung up on me

did they ask for money to get a loan? I have them calling me and even sent me a letter and the address they show on the letter is from a payday company in South Carolina, going to call that place to see if that person works there. Not sure on how you would get that back if you sent it western union or if they pulled it out of your account, maybe tough to dispute with your bank.
