remote call from First national collections calling to say I owe for a loan that I do not have any knowledge of. When you call it back a man answers that you can't even understand wanting to verify an address that I have never lived at. They call you by your first name and wants you to give them the last four of your social. I have blocked them multiple times and they still keep calling. What can be done about this it is very annoying!

Obviously a collection call looking for someone. They call every day and the recorded message says press 2 if you are the person they are trying to reach. It would be nice if you could tell them you are not that person.
