I didn't answer. Voicemail message was left. It was an interrupted recorded message that said it was from the SC Department of Corrections, gave info on blocking calls from them & asked if I'd accept the call.
received a call on 2-1-18 at 12:16 EST stating that this was a free one minute call from ... I couldn't make out what they was said and the call was immediateley disconnected.
