Got unwanted call from 804-409-7543?

Caller asked "is this, (called my name)". When I answered yes, they then gave my address and asked if that was correct. I told them that I was not going to verify any other information they asked for unless they told me who they were and what they were calling about. They then stated that it was a confidential matter and they had to verify that I was the right person. I still refused to reveal any information to them. I have received several calls from this number and they always state the same thing. Anyone else have the same problem with this number?
