I don't live in the state of VA anymore but I still have a 540 area code cell phone. This was a live person after a long pause (robo call). Not sure what they are selling but I'm not buying.
No one is there if I answer. keeps calling back.
This number came in as UNASSIGNED and SPAM over the Verizon FIOS system!
Dead silence when u answer, when I don't answer dead silence is left on my vm also
Calls all the time does not leave message, when you answer nothing.
