This was a scam from a collection agency saying I owed $400+ dollars from a blood diagnostic test back in 8/2018. I looked up the number and there are several hundred people who got the same call saying the same thing. It's a scam for sure. And they aren't even smart about it - they say really stupid stuff.
Calls but says nothing after answering. Have had several calls from this area, block number but uses other numbers
