If you didn't placed this order "IT software" give us a call on (805) 621-7122. Thanks." I called two times. first time a lady answered. Asked me my amazon acc and phone number. I didn't give. I gave only the phone they texted me. She hung-up the phone. I called 2nd time, the man answered with strong access. He asked me my email and my full name, i gave only a phone number they texted to. He also hung up the phone
