After you say "Hello" You are informed this call is being recorded. The first question is "Can you hear me?" or "Are you doing OK today?" The key is to get your recorded voice saying "Yes" Next is a pitch for a product or free trial or something else. I never say "yes" and so next comes the 'sales' pitch usually for something free. Again you are being coached to say "yes" again. And when you don't say "yes" the 'caller' hangs up.
