robot call that stated $399 will be deducted from my checking account or plastic card (Scam call) if I do not respond within two days. I called and man answered with same voice and accent that I have received when answer other scammer calls like the IRS fraud, auto warranty scam, computer tech scam etc. - just want you to provide them your fiscal information

I received a call and also an e-mail. Both are associated with an alleged refund for a charge of $349.99 on an order at Micro Computer Security Lic. (22312). The callback number in the e-mail is "Call Paypal 6013013803". The e-mail is also loaded with typographical & grammatical errors. The call references a refund and "press 1 to talk with their refund team".
