Someone in Honolulu trying to scam you. Based on research, the person uses a variety of claims to get you to call and give information once you do. I also found the person's name. I'll report it to the FTC and the proper authorities.

Called twice - Since I didn’t know who it was, I let it go to voicemail. It was a recording that didn’t wait for the beep so first part of message was cut off. Part that was recorded threatened to start proceedings against me If I didn’t return the call. I ignored the threat feeling as though it was a scam.
