Block this number. Scam caller. At this writing, due to the lack of oversight and dereliction of duty of the FCC and all phone providers who sell numbers for a huge profit, I have more blocked calls on my phone than contacts. Thanks for nothing, FCC. If they are being furloughed in the shutdown, good. They don't do their job anyway.

They did not leave a message. When I called them back to see who they are, they answer with "Thanks for Calling Customer Sevice" without any company name.
