I received an email from prasadrhygis@gmail.com stating something similar. I reported it to Norton Lifelock using their contact form.
Got an email claiming to be from lifelock and were going to charge my credit card for 349.99,for renewal and thanks for my membership of 5 yrs. I don't have a lifelock account. Phone number not to lifelock.
