Amazon customer service agent named Richard Williams (sounded like he was from India) using a robo call method to say I had phone charged to my Amazon account. It's funny that they call me about my account, but don't know my name.
My parent's received a call from this number claiming to be an Amazon call center. It is not. When I asked them for information he cussed and told me to "F-Off." I called back and was passed around again and put through to a different person claiming to be the original caller. It's a scam!
they called from 810-368-5328 left a voicemail and said something about H.R and they are suing me call 833-781-5757 and her name is Lisa smith and I need to give them my information
