My cell phone blocks all calls that are not in my contact list and the number then shows up as a missed call. My contacts are the only people who have legitimate access to my cell phone number so I know that this caller is in violation of the Do Not Call list.

He said it was about a job database and when I told him I had accepted a position already...he insisted on getting personal information. I hung up and blocked the phone number. It indicated it was from Paoli, IN.
