I did not answer. Message was left saying my computer license was not valid and I no longer had access and I should call back a phone number, i recognized this as a scam immediately even though i had never been called by this particular number before.

message left was EMERGENCY my Microsoft license on my computer had expired and to call that # (same as # in caller ID) immediately to restore my service. I did not respond
