Never leaves a message, so it is not a legitimate business that I deal with, just a bothersome crank call of some kind.
apparently, they speak but do not have an understanding of the English language
they kept calling for a Patricia Woods then stared calling wanting me to verify my street address they tell me im being recorded and that they are Pen Credit and need to talk to me about an important matter . I tell them to take my number off there call list but they wont. they say they are in Pennsylvania but they call from a local number that comes up in Charletown indiana
