Left message saying it was a second attempt call, (it was not) and stated something in regards to tax fraud. Obviously a scam. As the IRS does not handle tax issues by leaving a message saying you committed tax fraud. They say name and call back. It is scary as many people do not realize it's a scam and think they are in serious trouble, and dish out lots of money to these people.

Left message about tax fraud, first of all the IRS will never leave a random message saying you are in trouble you committed tax fraud. LOL This is a scary scam that elderly or naive people can be duped by.
