The woman who answered stated when I asked, "Phoenix Financial Services." I told her to stop calling my number, "She stated, I can't remove your number it is blocked," I told her "Just like your company blocked their Company Name when they Called me." She went into a Karen melt down when I told her I blocked my number just like they do when they robo-call my number incessantly and refuse to ID themselves to me..
