Under this phone 813-501-3061 someone posted this rental house in Craigslist. His price was unbelievably low. I called and left a message. In 15 minutes I got a call back from this phone # where someone asked me to text him my email address that he send me a link to get a code for a lock box. I sent him my email. Right away I got a very weird email with some suspicious info. Then he text me back and said to go further i have to send him $1 which he will refund it back after I've got a lock box code. I immediately stopped talking to him and reported to Craigslist that was clearly a scam.
Man called from this number with immediate questions about my home. Asked personal questions about it's whereabouts and who was there. Claimed he was from a real estate agency. When asked which one, he replied REMAX. I asked for his number to call him back. He started giving the number than hung up, likely upon hearing my suspicion. I called back and voicemail was a google forwarding service. I also looked up the name he gave, "Miles Summer" and no such individual at REMAX under any name spelling. Clearly a scam.
