Got the exact same text message as others listed here, just a different county. Text: "Hello my name is Jasmine! I was looking at the property appraiser site and it seems you own a piece of vacant land in Lee County. Have you thought about selling it?"

Also received a text from Jasmine wanting to buy a vacant lot. Her information is really old since I put a house on that lot two years ago. If Jasmine is legitimate, you're fired!

No, Jasmine. If I was selling property, I would contact my realtor. And my phone number is on the national do not call list.
