This bitch called me seven times in under two minutes! She claimed to have been a representative of an energy provider with information provided from West Penn power. I was unable to answer any of the first SEVEN CALLS due to already being on an IMPORTANT CALL! When I told her I was not interested in hearing about lower rates, she then again call back after I already told her to place me on her do not call list, and continue to harass me under the ground that I might not be understanding why she called! If it was legit, I will never know because of her unprofessional telephone skills! Her number has been blocked!
