Called me twice leaving a recording message to call another toll free phone number. Call to this number 815-240-3321 go unanswered. Toll free number is unassigned

Trying to find out about health insurance and the guy was so rude and told me just go on the medical card and hung up on me cuz how dare I not be able to afford their rates being a single mom of 4. Think I haven’t tried asshole. And then the company blocked my number when I called back to speak to a supervisor
Got a call from this number, who said this call was recorded and that they were a health care worker and then asked if I could here them ok....so I said "Ya" and then they hung up. Thinking they are going to use my voice to authorize something I wouldn't normally authorize.
