The name on the caller ID is Jose Sanchez. This jerk will call up to a dozen times in rapid succession (less than a minute between calls by hitting the redial option) never says a word. I have him blocked but he manages to connect to my line anyway. My phone call history pages are littered with calls from him and I'm more than ready to call the police..
