I just encountered two different issues with this number. Apparently it is for the health care market place. The first issue they called my phone, and the message that was left was a personal conversation with some other customer, telling very personal things, recorded on my voicemail. Second, they called back repeatedly so finally I answer. This flamboyant, loud, very ignorant man named Michael is in the line. I tell him I don't need his help and he gets super sarcastic with me and saying "he guesses I don't care about paying fines." I tell him I already picked a plan and he tells me that basically I'm lying cause he's with the government and it says I don't have a plan. I tell him I picked one out but I didn't buy it yet. Then he starts mocking me... "well what is it... you do or don't have a plan." I tell him he's rude and I want to talk to a manager. He says some ignorant bit about him being the manager so go ahead and try and then says he'll take me off the list since I don't want health insurance and don't care about fines." Then he hangs up on me. This number has called me at least 15 times since I filled out my health care application a day ago. Ridiculous.
