Got unwanted call from 816-303-0532?
The person on the other end of the phone line keeps calling my office harassing me . wanting to speak to our service department . when i asked him to please remove our number from his call log he started making threats of reporting me to yelp and destroying our business.
"Eddy" from "Eddy's Tools" was completely rude to the service manager on the phone claiming that she had no knowledge of any tools that she does the purchasing for and demanded to speak to someone who "knew what they were talking about". He tried to get us to write a check for 300 dollars for some supposed miracle drill bits. It sounds like a scammer to me. Very rude, whoever this person is.
"Eddie" claimed he wanted to speak with owner (knew owner's name), asked for owner's #, said it was about a job. I asked for a phone # and he rattled it off quickly. Sounded like he was drunk, slurred a bit. I asked what it was regarding, he got hostile and asked if I knew what Yelp was. I said owner wouldn't return a call without more info. Standard practice for us. Eddie got a bit more hostile with his tone said he had a price from a broker. No clue what Eddie wanted for sure. His last words to me were, "you'll be famous". And hung up. What an ...... @$$.
The man calling wanted to speak to our service department. We asked him what he was calling about and he repeatedly harassed us about not wanting to speak to us. We told him to take up off the list and he called back harassing us about a bad review on yelp.
