Inside Sales Telemarketer from Spectrum/Time Warner Cable trying to sell more services to existing customers. Tends to call between 19:00 and 20:00 hours during the weekdays, most-likely time when people have finished dinner and are settling down for their end-of-day routines.
ERC (Enhanced Resource Centers) from Jacksonville, FL, looking for someone with my same name, but different address.
Never left a message. I didn't answer because I didn't know the number.
Caller calls landline states her name was alissa & says for medical. Than line goes dead. We have received. Alot of theses call recently. From area code 816 356- last 4 are different each time.

Telemarketer claiming to be with Vonage and going on about an outdated rate change with Spectrum. Wants to talk to the "person in charge of phone and internet". Very rude.
