Got a call from 817-3851159. asking all kinds of info. Told them I dont give out info on phone. Would not say who it was. Hung up.
These people keep calling me stating I owe money from over 10+ years ago and I am going to be summoned to court if I don't pay. I already checked with the supposed creditor and I do not owe anything. My attorney also stated it sounded like a scam.
Call was bounced by my app....voicemail was triggered, but no actual message was left. I am betting it was from a "Scambotidiot"...number is on the blacklist now.
These people have called my work number. No idea how they obtained any of my information, as they referred to my maiden name, which I have not used for almost 20 years. The robo message says that they "have received several complaints about" me. Then the message says to press 1 to speak with their representative. I have no debt, with my maiden name, so I have no idea what this could be about. Definitely not going to fall for some scam. Of course, IF it is about a debt, then it's illegal to contact me at work. It's crazy how these people find information on you!! Seriously! How did they find my work phone number?????
Computer generated call saying they were from Amazon support saying a purchase was made on my Visa. I was to call the reported number if this was an error.
Received call claiming fraudulent charges on my SS#. Some dude from India answered when I called back.
