This number keeps calling at early hours and stating I need to give them my address and place of business yet they stated they will inform my HR which the statement makes no sense. It's also a recorded call. Called back and was on hold forever.

Got a call from 817-406-9922 robo call “A formal complaint about several matters to be filed in your county”. Does not give company name or address, just that you need to call another number back. It did leave a case number and name but it wasn't me or anyone in my household. I tried to call the number back and was put on hold and no one ever came back to the phone.

Same as above. I pressed 0 during the recorded message and got a live operator who put me on infinite hold.
