Received a call from (817) 592-0952, claiming that the United States, on behalf of the COVID-19 giveaway promotion, I had been selected as a 2nd category winner of $750,000 and to call back the same number to claim my prize
They are using a sophisticated computer response program. It sounds like a real person until you confuse it with an unexpected/unprogrammed question. It is a robocall that cuts off shortly after answering, expecting you to call back. They are trying to sell solar equipment. They are a lead company which transfers the call to a local company for the later sales pitch. They demand you waive your TCPA rights before transferring you.
Recording asking you if you are in the market to buy a house. A really stupid person made the recording.
