Texted to my phone with the phone number and also a clickable link to pay a “past due” bill from Amigo Energy. NOT past due but did switch to another electric provider. Called Amigo to report but because of pandemic, they didn’t know how to get it to fraud department. Sad.
On 3/2/20, this phone number has called my cell phone eight times in less than three hours leaving a voice mail stating, if you can take this call, press 1.
Scammers posed as collection agency for Just Energy. I believe they are from South Africa.
