Same as comments above - Caller wanted to know what printers and ink we used. Tried to tell him we go through a corporate site to order and he became very frustrated and wanted to know who approved orders. I let him know that we go through our own site through our corporate to order all supplies. He then exhaled and hung up.
Caller looking for office supply person. Once you explain that person is not at your location, the caller hangs up.
