number called me at 8:30 pm, I didn't answer but they left a 10 second voicemail. Male voice said something about he was calling about a debt and said to call them back, it was hard to understand who they were representing. Did some other research on the number and its flagged as a potential scam, they seem to be using data from Progressive insurance and claiming you owe them money. I've dealt with debt collectors half my life, 1. they don't call after 5/6 pm, 2. they always speak clearly and repeat who they represent and a phone number to contact them at, and 3. they only call after your debt has been in the negative for at least a year or more, before they call they just send letters.
