I answered my phone and could hear some background noise, but no one spoke. I've been getting calls from this and similar 828 numbers.
I answered and nobody said anything or maybe couldn't hear me-I don't know anyone in Boone and regardless to how many times I put my cell on DNC I still get these annoying calls-I BLOCKED this number!
They've tried text messages emails phone calls it's a Non-Stop barrage of assholes trying to get something for nothing why can't they just leave us alone !
