A woman who goes by the name ALEX called to make a cash purchase on our house. She has called twice; the last time on July 4, 2019.
"Alex" calling about cash offer for house. Have received several of these calls from different numbers (always from "Alex"). I am not selling my house or have inquired about a cash offer.
