Keeps calling but no one is at the other end. Blocked.

Called me twice in two days but there was never anyone or anything at the other end. Blocked.

They (Portfolio Recovery Associates), in my experience, are the nastiest, most Aggravating bill collector I’ve ever dealt with. iPhone I get 10 Or more calls per day some “portfolio” from or more calls per day some “portfolio“ from the same numbers attached to these SoCal prefixes (714), (213), (805), as well as an apparently unlimited ‘repeater’ cellular services, with Caller ID which suggests ‘Felton, or Grand Rapids, And lots and lots of little small townships all over the United States. Occasionally I get this one joker who has a recording of a Chinese woman, I believe, just absolutely yammering away in Chinese. He has use the same recording 3x on me. I Believe the same guy who Calls himself John, Talks superfast i’ll try to sell me forgive me one of those emergency 911 caller pushbutton autodialers that you wear around your neck case you fall or have a heart attack or some other emergency but it’s clear from the tone in which the moon speaks and by the fact that he will not under any circumstances allow you to interrupt him or ask a question Or simply say for example, “i’m sorry..I’m going to have to hang out now I was just walking out the door for a doctors appointment or physical therapy.” They are persistent assholes all right. What bugs me is that the home shopping Network would not allow me to return obviously damaged over here fo network would not allow me to return a large box obviously damaged by what appeared to be Due to being warehoused, put on a truck, stopped cold at US101,turned around And re-warehouse at least twice cording to your shipment is on its way email I must receive 25 emails, along with their, “we’re sorry...it’s going to be delayed” versions.
