Asked for 'Joyce', thought maybe just a wrong number but this is a strange history of calls from this number
This is a scam that uses similar phone numbers and the last two numbers are always different numbers all from the same company. They call as early as 6am and as late in the evening as midnight.
Contacted me about renewing New Yorker subscription for 2 years at an especially low price. Red Flag. No legitimate business will spend 6 minutes trying to convince you that they have your interest at heart and with a Texas drawl
