Got unwanted call from 832-476-3881?
scam
unsafe. scammer
I received a call from this caller ID, Zexcel Solution, at dinner time. When I asked a second time for a confirmation that they were from Dell as they claimed the caller hang up. The caller had a heavy Indian accent. I suspected that it was a scammer and immediately blocked the number. They called again, next day, and this time they were automatically disconnected by my app from nomorobo.com. Disgusting third world garbage.
Claimed to be Dell maintenance and was calling to fix my computer issues. I was waiting for a reply from Dell. After working with this caller the fix for my computer was to old ( Windows 7 ) and the fix is to install Windows 10. They were not Dell and after the install I needed A real Dell Representative to correct everything. The purchase cost me $249.00. Still receiving calls from "Inwood C" and "Soft In". Caller I D is a "no answer" to this caller.
Claimed to be a maintenance call from Dell. Upon telling him that I do no own Dell, and don’t even wish to, he tried to sell me an HP laptop.
Called yesterday and wanted me to log onto the computer - said I wouldn't because I was eating dinner - said to call back tomorrow. He called today and I did not answer. Screen showed "N Soft" as caller ID
