Call came in from 719-286-5297 to call back 832-742-0052 from James Benton, wanting my help to find homes for police officers or help them sell their homes
Rob Benton left me a vm yesterday stating he was looking for a real estate professional that he could send some local law enforcement officers who need help to sell or buy their houses.
Just got same call same number. Same slow pitch. Scam to the max is my thought.
Got a call from James on behalf of police dot news. Asked me to call them back to help find homes for police officers. Wish I was still with US Marshals Service. I'd get satisfaction transporting these creeps to federal prison! Ugh!!
I just received the same call from 1-719-286-5297. The person said his name was James with Police dot news. I will not be calling this number back.
Writing from Minneapolis, Minnesota: I got two phone calls from Police.dot news asking for assistance to find real estate for police officers. Called back and each time the call went straight to VM. They left VM in mailbox, 1st was a guy named James and another Mike Shelton - inconsistent messages. Folks, this is the new SCAM!!!
I am in Florida. Just received a call from James from Police dot news. Can’t find anything on line this is a business. Asking for assistance finding a home for police officers . The caller ID said the call was coming from Venezuela
