Claimed to be from Anthem (1st time) and Medicare (second time). Called both Anthem & Medicare using numbers on cards and both denied calling. Medicare said it was definitely fraudulent
Repeated unwanted calls. Why would I give my medication information to anyone over the phone?
Caller identified she was from BC/BS, knew who I was. I said claimed to be calling to go over my prescription medication for my insurance.
Caller identified she was from BC/BS, but did not know who I was. I said that she called me and should know my information. She discontinued the call.
The recorded message claimed to be calling to go over my prescription medication for my insurance.
Interesting because I did have a legitimate call to Microsoft an hour before this call..this caller claims they are from Microsoft and my licenses are expired a bunch of BS

Yes. I have been getting multiple calls/voicemails of them being from Anthem and wanting to go over my Annual Prescription Review. Since I have been with Anthem for many years and have never had this kind of call, I called the customer service number on the back of my Anthem Prescription Blue RX Insurance Card. They said they had no one making those kind of calls from them. That it was a scam!!
