Several times a day never leaves a message. Citizen's Bank lists this on their website, Home Equity Line of Credit – 1-833-218-7979, but if it is them why does it not say so and why do they not leave a message?

Got a call, hit *67 and called back. Asked for a random name. When they said name I went with it and said I was them. They proceeded to try to get my bank routting number to take out for overcharge fees. I then asked since there my bank they know my routing numbers already. No message just a lot of calls, when you call back from another line, it does answer Citizen Bank voice mail. Then again, I had a similar incident with BofA the past few weeks trying to sell me a road side assistance program because I am under the age of 50????

Calls throughout the day. I don't answer. Caller ID sometimes shows Citizens Bank, other times, just the phone number. They can keep on calling...I will never answer. :)

Called saying they are Citizens Bank. Sneaky. Even had balls to leave days of operation.
