they said that they were with ATT in the area and needed to speak with someone in our billing that some things were going to change. I told them I could take a message and they gave me 833-254-0706 and hung up on me.
The robocalls have really picked up lately. Sure glad I'm on the supposed "Do Not Call" list. This time, someone named Melissa from (conveniently garbled company name) said a "complaint" was filed against me and I need to call back or she'll report my "non-compliance". Yeah, right. The message was for my maiden name which I buried 28 years ago and haven't used since., so it has to be a scam. Further, if it was a true issue, they'd be sending a letter, not calling. Don't fall for it. Delete and carry on.
They say they are AT&T and are going to bundle our account but when I push them they say they are SSI and they "do calls" for AT&T. Very pushy. The price is great, I wish it wasn't a scam.
