Just received a call from this company for the second time. As it was the second time and I had already looked up the company that the caller stated she was from after the previous call, I promptly hung up as a call that opens with a lie is a non-starter for me.
I work for a New York based Commercial Door Company. Woman stated her name was Audrey and she was calling from WPI, She wanted to make NY businesses aware that state just past a law that businesses pay 0% fee on all credit/ debit card fee's. Stated someone needed to come in and do a face to face meeting. I asked her to email Information as it already sounded fishy. Looked up number and found this site. SOMETHING REALLY NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH THESE PEOPLE! Makes me wonder how many businesses are going to be ripped off. Can't something be done?
left msg saving they are updating business listings - made it sound like the state business registry. Claimed to be from something called WPI. The call-back number of 833-442-8849 did not match caller ID number
I received 6 calls and kept asking what they wanted and they kept saying they would get back to me hung up on me 3 times rude -unprofessional company
Trying to get us to let someone stop by to tell us about the 0% processing fees. Didn’t want to take no for an answer.
Called asking for manager but refused to identify or leave message. 7/30/19
Told called several times not interested and they kept rudely trying to tell me otherwise. And I missed an important client call.
Credit Card Processing company. I am on the do not call registry and they called anyway.
