i have transcripts of voice mails with this debt collector, telling me I am dead (two messages), and another message indicating he would come to my home and he would see me later. i filed charges with my local police department.

A person left me and said i owe someone money and i have to file a compliant and i do not owe anyone money. I was shocked and i was surprise i'm not the only one receiving these calls. Even threaten me said that this will go on public.
