Email from company stating I owed them $999.00 for a PayPal transaction. I looked at my PayPal account and it is not true.

Got a letter from them as well logged into the IRS.gov My account is in perfect standing. Do not reply to these people. They're going out of their way to create very good fakes. Impersonating local county officials with titles such as resolution officer gamble.
