Amy/Angela Walker keeps calling my cell and leaving a message saying she is trying to serve me papers. It is always a Private Number and I do not answer private numbers due to the amount of scams out there. She threatens that she is trying to serve me papers at my residence and yet I have not seen a person come through, and that her next place will my place of employment and to call 833-575-1648 and provides my file number which starts with an (A * * * * * B). I have called at least 3 times and each time I spoke with any random person they are rude. They always say this each time I call "If you could hold on I can go to the file and get why you are being served just give me a minute and I will be back on the line". Than I am on hold for over a minute and stood on the phone for almost 5 minutes waiting. So I just hang up. Now they are calling all my family and friends and giving my name and my file number and it is the same person named Amy or Angela saying the same exact recording. This is harassment. This sounds like a scam and I think while you are on hole waiting on a call they are probably getting information from all your contact numbers. Now I am calling and they are not answering and I am going strait to a voice mail by the name of Kenneth Wilson. How can we report these people as scammers?

I have received a call from the same number wanting to serve me papers

Got a call from 833-575-1648. They had the wrong # but they left a name and case # on my unidentified voicemail. I could be wrong but I believe this is a privacy issue as they left the first and last name of someone and a case #. The called identified herself as Angela Walker but she didn't say what company she works for, just said she's trying to serve papers and she's counting this call as a refusal to accept.
