The text message said they are from Spectrum and attached a new SIM card to my phone.
Phone calls shows originating from Nebraska, but the partial voicemail indicates to call this number.
This is outbound calls telling people that they are eligble for Medicaid. I work for a nonprofit that assists with this project. It is not a scam. Feel free to call the number.
