Same as previous complaint. It says I have 2 books that are overdue from a library that Ive never visited.
Call indicates 2 items overdue, like library books. It “allows” you to renew them with a click. I have one book checked out with my library and it is not overdue !
They claim they have important documents. it's a prerecorded message. they will not stop calling and are a huge problem. they try to call any one that you may be associated with. it's a total joke.
called my cell phone and asked for my wife by first name only. Hung up before he got anything else out.
