I have had the same experiencex. They are calling over 5 times a day. I have tried to block them and they call with a different number. Hanging up or not answering has not impacted the number of calls they continue to make. I have started asking for a supervisor and they usually hang up. One idiot said I was rude to be asking for a supervisor....NO you guys are rude making these ridicules claims and phone calls. The men calling have a middle eastern accent.
They call at least 3 times a week. I don't answer numbers I don't know. Plus they said I paid for computer support and they had to refund my money, I didn't pay for any support so I ignored it. Today they added they would charge my credit card . I'm not dumb, some one just wants credit card info and free money. Surprise for them, they didn't get it. Scam
Made mistake last year to be scammed and now they keep calling and saying they are going to charge my credit card or press 1 for refund. I do not answer any calls that I do not know. They scammed me out of $600 and tried to get $3000 out of me. They terrified me! The call from alot of different numbers so I just ignore and wait for voice mail.
These MORONS have called several times over the last several days. Robocall claiming some sort of software service company and said that I needed to press 1 for a "refund" or my credit card (not specified) will be charged $299.92. This is a complete scam and they are phishing for credit card information. After they called twice and left a message I called the number back. It was obviously a boiler room phone center based on the noise and voices in the background. The A hole who answered had a heavy accent that pegged him as either from India, Pakistan, or perhaps Shir Lanka. I asked what company he was representing and he said Microsoft! Clearly a lie.
I received a call from this number Jan. 14, 2019 saying that they were from a Windows repair service telling me that I had computer work done Oct. of 2016 which I did not . The man that I talked to had a middle eastern or Indian accent .
Has called several times in the past few months. Robocall with voice saying the company is a Windows repair service (or something like that) and said that I needed to press 1 for a "refund" or my credit card (not specified) will be charged $299.92. I do not have any such account. I believe they are phishing for credit card information. Total scam!
left a voice mail to press 1 to be removed or my credit card will be bill $292
