Voicemail from unknown caller stating they were coming by between 1-3, they did not say a place, but never showed up and I was told to call this number or it would count as non-compliance against me

I received a voicemail from unknown caller stating they were coming by between 1-3, and they had papers to give me, and that if I did not show up that additional leagal action would be taken against me. They are just trying to get you to call to pay a balance. They do not have anything to give you, and are trying to scare you into calling them. I think they said they were National Link.
